Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and manage IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Administer G Suite/Google Workspace accounts (user creation, management, and deactivation).
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to login, email, resource access, and hardware/software problems.
  • Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for end-users.
  • Maintain software licenses, manage IT assets, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Keep system documentation and IT policies up to date.
  • Monitor and manage employee activity tracking software for productivity, compliance, and data security.
  • Provide Level 1/2/3 technical support for internal users and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively with departments, vendors, and clients for IT and administrative requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and process procurement as needed.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on IT and administrative activities.
