Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and manage IT infrastructure.
- Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Administer G Suite/Google Workspace accounts (user creation, management, and deactivation).
- Troubleshoot user issues related to login, email, resource access, and hardware/software problems.
- Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for end-users.
- Maintain software licenses, manage IT assets, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Keep system documentation and IT policies up to date.
- Monitor and manage employee activity tracking software for productivity, compliance, and data security.
- Provide Level 1/2/3 technical support for internal users and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with departments, vendors, and clients for IT and administrative requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Monitor office supply inventory and process procurement as needed.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on IT and administrative activities.
